My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms didn't have any musty smells, but they had a rundown appearance and were not super clean. The service, on the other hand, made up for any shortcomings with exceptional staff like Trell, Jalisa, Alfred, Latoya, Neicy, Margie, and the outstanding concierge Cheryl Bananno who truly delivered great guest service. The location was convenient for walking to Bourbon Street but had some issues with unpleasant encounters at late hours. The dining experience was nothing special but satisfactory. While the facilities were not highlighted, the service and location were notable aspects of my stay.

The hotel offers reasonable rooms that include all essential amenities but may need updating, especially the bathrooms. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning and intermittent TV service, alongside stained ceilings and a balcony partly obstructed by equipment surround, were disappointing considering the high cost of $500 per night plus $45 daily parking. However, the knowledgeable and friendly service staff added a positive touch to my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short 8-minute walk from Bourbon Street, making it a serene and safe spot to stay. The rooms are impressively spacious and clean with the temperature remaining comfortable throughout the day. The dining experience may not offer a wide variety for health-conscious guests, but the friendly service and fantastic location make up for it.

Unfortunately, the rooms on the front side were a letdown, especially those on the 3rd floor, with a rundown appearance. The location, though, was delightful, within walking distance of many attractions, but the overall impression of the hotel was mediocre.
